Adding a Product Family Tag to a KANA Article

  1. Open your article
  2. Click on the pencil icon on the top right of the screen just to the right of the fault code description to edit it
  3. Click on the Tags tab click in the Product field.
  4. Begin typing the product or product family name to prune the list and
  5. ...when the product family is highlighted, tap your <Enter> key to select it and to add it to the Product field.
  6. Click on the blue [Update] button at the bottom of the screen and the new product and/or its family will be added to your article.
